Pull Request Description
On calling RestMetricsFetcher.FetchPodMetrics, the URL is now created correctly without duplicated "http://."
Added abstractMetricsFetcher to make CustomMetricsFetcher, ResourceMetricsFetcher, and KubernetesMetricsFetcher comply MetricsFetcher.
