modbus_send_raw_request sets the transaction id to 0.
In some case, it is necessary to force its value.
I added a new function (modbus_send_raw_request_tid) that allows one to set the t_id.
I let modbus_send_raw_request for backward compatibility.
Are you ok with the function name?
