At the moment there is no safety or protection mechanism between P3V3_MP produced on board by IC33 from 12 V and the one provided by EEM connector, so P3V3_MP net is driven by two power sources.

Maybe we could give a diode between actual P3V3_MP net and IC33 output as it is done in Stabilizer:
