先选用 其他邮箱 试试

发件邮箱：您的iCloud邮箱地址@icloud.com
登录密码：App 专用密码

主机：smtp.mail.me.com
端口：587
SSL：关闭（必须）
startTls：开启（必须）

参考资料

1、生成一个 App 专用密码

2、适用于 iCloud 邮件发件服务器的 SMTP 信息
