Can't repo. The following works:

1. git clone [email protected]:microsoft/vcpkg.git
2. cd vcpkg
3. bootstrap-vcpkg.bat
4. vcpkg.exe search opencv

I had the same problem

D:\dev\vcpkg>vcpkg search vtk
D:\dev\vcpkg\ports\strawberry-perl: error: strawberry-perl port manifest missing (no vcpkg.json or CONTROL file)

After deleting directory strawberry-perl, it can run. Why?

Because in the strawberry-perl directory was no manifest file
