input-leap: Update to latest HEAD

Despite there now being official releases of input-leap, code quality remains unchanged and there is unfortunately still no added value from sticking to the release versions.

This update disables GUI variant due to intrusive build changes in project upstream, which need to be fixed before re-enabling it.

This software is a bit of a headache. This is the best I can do for now, as I've already spent a lot more time on this than I'd allocated. Before next port update, several fixes are needed upstream.

Edit: Reason for using HEAD instead of latest release is that the latest release is effectively just an older HEAD. Release was a surprise to everyone except the maintainer who made it - by just tagging latest HEAD.
