lukaszgryglicki/README.md
  • Member of Mars Society.
  • 🔭 I’m currently working on ...
    • The Linux Foundation EasyCLA backend.
    • I'm an author & maintainer of CNCF's DevStats tool.
    • Researching Rust, eBPF, RISC-V, linux kernel and Kubernetes areas.
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning ...
    • I'm learning mostly Rust, eBPF, and playing with a real RISC-V 64bit architecture laptop.
    • When speaking about non-developer hobbies:
      • I'm currently researching deep ultraviolet photography.
      • I also enjoy other EM spectra photography - infrared/ultraviolet (UV: 200-400 nm, NIR: 0.7-1.2 um, thermal IR 7.5-14um).
      • I'm currently using Leica-M system (Lecia M240, Sony A7CII full spectrum converted + adapter, Leica/Voigtlander lenses). I'm also using Fuji GFX system (two Fujifilm 50R cameras - one monochrome another full spectrum converted).
      • In the past was using Nikon (I still have Nikon Df and a few film bodies, D600 full spectrum and a lot of mostly ancient AI lenses + just a few AF screw lenses - I don't have & use AF-S and other "modern" lenses without aperture rings).
      • I also have Pentax 67 and some Carl Zeiss lenses for Hasselblad-V system (mostly ancient).
      • I'm a member of Mars Society.
      • I like lasers too (have 808nm IR 7W and 445nm 4W AC powered, dream about a portable CO2 > 20W).
      • Enjoying motorbikes and old cars (had BMW E38 V12, have Audi A8 D2 V8).
      • Traveling North, especially above the Arctic Circle (Norway is my favorite, especially Spitsbergen), also Alaska, Canada, used to like Russia but no longer like it (I think it's clear why).
  • I think I should be a scientist, but doing something quite close to it.
  • 💬 Ask me about ...
    • Photography, especially invisible "light", photograhic lenses.
    • Linux, *BSD.
    • Old cars.
    • Lasers.
    • Traveling far, without any travel agencies (traveled entire Russia once - not using planes, in the Siberian winter).
  • 📫 How to reach me:
  • 😄 Pronouns: him.
  • For more about my company affiliations, programming languages/techs/stack used etc. etc. - please see LinkedIn profile
