Add XDG related Helm paths to be removed

What this PR does / why we need it:
Helm uses CachePath, ConfigPath and DataPath vars to store cache, config and starters.
When XDG is not active, $HOME/.helm subdirectories are used.
When XDG is active (via env vars), "helm" subdirectories in respectively .cache, .config and .local/share are used. NB: Even when XDG env vars arent't set but related directories exist, they are used by helm...

This PR adds XDG related paths to the paths removed upon reset

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
