Description:

To improve our project's visibility and provide easy access to our social media channels, we should integrate logos and links for various platforms into our project's readme file.

1.Social Media Logos: Add logos for the following platforms:

Email
Slack
Twitter
GitHub
LinkedIn
YouTube

2.Hyperlinks: Link each logo to its respective profile or channel.

Additional Notes:

This enhancement will make it easier for users and contributors to discover and engage with our project across various platforms.
Including logos alongside hyperlinks provides visual cues and enhances the aesthetic appeal of our readme file.
Let's proceed with implementing this enhancement to enhance the visibility and accessibility of our project's social media presence.

Hi, is this issue still active?

The original issue intended to add social media links to the KubeFlow project's readme files. I agree with that.

Currently, we have Twitter, mailing list, slack on footer and GitHub link on header.
We can also add LinkedIn and YouTube links to the website's footer, along with fixing #3633 and #3683.
