• Decide whether to merge Do not count randstrobes, but estimate their number #314 → Yes
• Update changelog (adjust section header)
  • Mention that .sti files are not compatible and need to be recreated
  • Mention Use xxh64 to hash the s-mer in syncmers #313
• Bump version in CMakeLists.txt
• Bump version in setup.py
• Commit
• Push and wait for CI to pass
• Do git tag ... and git push --tags
• Make a release via the GitHub releases page
• Wait for the Bioconda bot to pick up the new release and then approve its version bump PR

@luispedro We decided to make a release this week. The only remaining task is in #314, but if we don’t finish it in time, we’ll move it to the next release.

The Bioconda issue was fixed and strobealign 0.11.0 is now available on the bioconda channel.
