Resolves ionide/FsAutoComplete#1360 by applying the config technique used for the other FCS analyzers in ionide/FsAutoComplete#1120, ionide/ionide-vscode-fsharp#1887, and #81. Depends on ionide/FsAutoComplete#1363.
