First you should download mingw to continue to use g++

for mingw you can download here: https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/osdn/mingw/68260/mingw-get-setup.exe

Then you can open the installer and to install it.

When you open the installer manager please click this mingw32-gcc-g++-bin, and wait for it to download.

We should wait for it patiently, because it is very slow in China. You can try shadowsocks to become quicker: https://github.com/shadowsocks .
