For this ticket, we have created the API calls for the Team and Model names to populate the autofill feature on the new model creation page.
For now, we have implemented the Team functionality, but the model call needs a little more clarification in a future ticket for how it shall be implemented, so for now it is not pulling any data into the text field and 'model names' remains an empty list for the user to freetype into the box. This can be changed later
