bugfix: refreshing page causes column re-ordering

Refreshing the page causes the column order in the parallel plot to flip, even if python-side the ordering is fixed in place.
Reliably reproduced the bug many times, and ensured it did not re-introduce the "page resize ruins column order" issue.
