Please confirm if the template is free, In this link shows its retired. But I want to get the license. Please confirms if is it free? and if we can use the template. Please help us with the information

1、兼容BootStrap，兼容Jquery

4、图表的话，我看ace里有jquery.flot 和?jquery.easy-pie-chart。不过我自己使用的百度的 Echarts，这个功能比较强大。
