- steps to reproduce the malfunction (ideally an SCCE)
- a brief but complete written description of the issue.

- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
- Other conducts which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
