Currently when building WSDL meta XmlChoiceIdentifierAttribute is not supported and this PR is meant to fix this.
XmlChoiceIdentifierAttribute presumes having multiple XmlElement attributes for a single property.
To avoid AmbiguousMatchException from GetCustomAttribute the iteration is done using GetCustomAttributes.
