Minecraft Server Optimized Configurations

This repository provides optimized configurations for Spigot and Paper Minecraft servers. The configurations are aimed at reducing lag and improving server performance.

These optimizations are based on:

• Optimize Paper.yml to Reduce Lag
• The configurations discussed in the MC Servers Discord Community

Purpose

This repository is intended to be used with the Docker Minecraft Server Image, offering lag-reducing configurations specifically tailored for Minecraft servers.

Version Compatibility

Currently, this repository only supports the latest version of Minecraft.

If you would like to contribute configurations for older Minecraft versions, they must be thoroughly tested. Please submit a Pull Request (PR) with detailed notes. All contributions should follow the guidelines outlined in the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

How to Use

1. Clone this repository.
2. Replace the configuration files in your Minecraft server's directory with the ones provided here.
3. Restart your server for the changes to take effect.
