xmpp.net: Create landing page showing all services hosted

Currently https://xmpp.net/ refers to the old IM Observatory, which is fine. However, I suggest to provide a simple page that shows all other services we host there in a usable way.

@Echolon Do you have a particular format in mind for the website? Also, it would be great if you could provide which services to add there. Is it similar to https://providers.xmpp.net/ mentioned in #1367 that @stokito mentioned previously?

i would do something like this
but this is a very rough idea, i would refine it and make it along the aesthetic of https://xmpp.org/
