Explain in detail what your suggested feature would be used for.

Some people intentionally pad out their bio field by adding extraneous characters. Since important information is displayed below the bio field (i.e. last seen, join count, friended, etc.), very long bios should be automatically collapsed a button should be added to expand the full bio.

Describe how it would look if it requires a UI.

For bios such as these, they should be cut off after the 15th or so line to avoid having gigantic profiles that are difficult to scroll through, especially on smaller laptop screens which often use 125% scaling. At the bottom, add a "expand" or "show full bio" button.:

Explain why people would want to use it.

You have to scroll down quite a bit to read the important information at the bottom for people with very long bios. Most people don't have a bio larger than about 15 or so lines, so chopping them off and adding a button to expand them would help improve UX without affecting the readability of most bios.

Practical feature, I'll give it a try.
