What Renovate type, platform and version are you using?
Self-hosted, bitbucket-server, 23.42.1

Describe the bug
The documentation ( https://docs.renovatebot.com/config-presets/#local-presets ) states that presets in local repositories are only supported for GitHub and GitLab.
I guess this holds true for the official instances.
However, when self-hosting Bitbucket, it seems supported with the implementation of #7000.
In fact, I was also able to make use of this feature, so I think the documentation is misleading or outdated.

The docs are in the repo and a PR would be welcome to correct them
