Workflow Approval for Forks on Internal Repos

Approving workflow runs from public forks
When an outside contributor submits a pull request to a public repository, a maintainer with write access may need to approve any workflow runs.

Is it possible to use this feature on an internal repo? For GH enterprise cloud, we would like to review forked workflows for other teams within our enterprise before allowing them to run. In the documentation above, I only see reference to public.
