Far away campus while I'm at campus

Hi everyone,

I have been trying for my Student pack while my location is on and I'm in campus . It still asking me for proof why I'm away from campus .
Please help me out to resolve this issues.
I think the site can't fetch my location !

It's possible that your school's information is incorrect, I recommend you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue.
