When there are no environment variables such as USERNAME and USER, an exception will be thrown: 'The user name cannot be null or empty.

This is a known issue.

PrestoClientSessionConfig comes from PrestoClient nuget (another github repo): https://github.com/bamcis-io/PrestoClient/blob/main/PrestoClient/PrestoClientSessionConfig.cs, PR is already present: bamcis-io/PrestoClient#25

This cannot be fixed on NReco.PrestoAdo side, so the best workaround for now is setting something non-empty to env variable.
