Description

Passing framework in vstest.console command line has become case-sensitive and is throwing error on passing /Framework:framework45 while it works fine when we pass /Framework:Framework45

This was not case-sensitive in TPv1.

Expected behavior

Both framework45 or Framework45 should work fine.

What is the behavior observed?
