Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please support custom AI API Base URL and custom AI models for Powertoys Advance Paste, make us easier to get a chance using the latest AI models and its features

Scenario when this would be used?

When we do not have a OpenAI API Key, but we have other API Key instead(Azure / OpenRouter / Self-hosted API / etc.)
