Description of the new feature / enhancement

The "what's new" window, which is shown after an update, can't be maximized, but it can be resized. It's a bit inconvenient to have to manually make the window larger so we can read the many exciting updates in new versions of PowerToys.

Scenario when this would be used?

After an update.
