Implement improved Beta links

In boardsesh we should setup a cron job that queries the hashtag rest api:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform/instagram-api-with-facebook-login/hashtag-search

We should use this to search for new beta videos, and try to automatically assign them to their climbs. The current beta links
are way too slow to update. By implementing our own scraping we should be able to speed things up significantly.
