Auto Disconnect / Reconnect to LEDs

If someone hijacks the connection to the board with the aurora app or another tool it would be great if boardsesh checks if the connection is still active (if this is possible) or if a reconnect via click on the bulb is possible.

right now if the connection is lost I can only enforce a reconnection when I manually refresh the page and then click the bulb icon again.
