Make conventional changelog preset configurable

Is it something reachable to make the preset used for conventional changelog configurable from outside? As of now it's hard coded to the angular one;

Hi @apocaliss92, this is something we can introduce pretty easily by adding a new option. The default preset should still be angular, not that we also need to modify the install generator to ask which commitlint config should be installed. Would you want to contribute?
