Same here. Emailed, pinged via web chat, sent iMessage and pinged via X.
No response. Canceled my credit card and a new one is on the way, so their upcoming charge will simply fail. Seems to be the only way to cancel this service. Also reported the last transaction as fraud with my bank.
It's very unfortunate, hound-ci used to be awesome. Now it's a scam.
Have emailed the CEO 20+ times, charged every single charge back as fraud and every month it still comes in. Followed instructions from the site etc.
