书源好像也没带时间戳功能，也不知道怎么识别更新的，因为很久没处理过书源了，最近找了个新更新的大包，一下显示500个更新，都不敢更新了，因为书源也不少，平时导入都是选择更新，不使用新增，要是能有个只更新失效源就好了，有校验过书源之后就使用这功能，没校验就不使用，更新完就算还是失效，那也都无所谓了，就怕把好的源更新成了失效源
