Developer portal: Hide items for non apps

Runtimes for e.g. should probably never be allowed to accept payments.

Sections right now are:

• Verification
• Accepting payment
• Pending reviews
• Upload tokens
• Danger zone

@barthalion which ones do you think make sense for apps, that are not desktop/console

We only want these for apps. Runtimes/extensions are excluded from any of this.

What about addon (I guess that's extensions, together with localization)
Wouldn't danger zone be interesting there?

I also would have thought, that and upload tokens would be relevant to runtimes?
