Grünstromindex API Calls ( Too many requests ) prevents Addon from starting

Describe the bug

I have EVCC installed as Addon in Home Assistant.

I am facing the same issue as in: in #13145

unexpected status: 429 (Too Many Requests
failed configuring co2 tariff: cannot create tariff type 'grünstromindex': unexpected status: 429 (Too Many Requests)

The Grünstromindex API is having issues which results in an endless loop of restarts in the Addon.

Steps to reproduce

I can also Reproduce the Issue by going to https://gruenstromindex.de/assets/js/?
where the API call to
https://api.corrently.io/v2.0/gsi/predictions?zip=zip&account=account is failing with 429 (Too Many Requests)

What type of operating system or environment does evcc run on?

External automation

• I have made sure that no external automation like HomeAssistant or Node-RED is active or accessing any of the mentioned devices when this issue occurs.

Nightly build

• I have verified that the issue is reproducible with the latest nightly build

I also have the issue on the gruenstrompage - so i think maybe they have an issue

Installing 200.9 fixed it for me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
