Not urgent, instead for now we should change the docs.esp-rs.org/esp-hal to redirect to docs.espressif.com/projects/rust

Depends on #3173 for a nice URL

I think yes - would be nice to have the /latest thing and linking to specific packages however - but at least it will point to somewhere where the real most current docs can be found
