Hi! I run the demo and my porec data successfully with wf-pore-c(v1.3.0). But I noticed that the N50 in the third figure in the wf-pore-c-report.html is always equal to the min read length in the second figure. For example, the N50 in the demo report is noted as 574kb, but the max read length is only 11,041 in the second figure. Is anything wrong here?
