[Bug] Some NPCs face the wrong direction #12

NPCs like the Banker and Grand Exchange Clerk face the wrong direction: ?cx=3168.82&cy=4.76&cz=3488.49&p=-121&y=1711&v=1

The cache I'm using is osrs-221_2024-04-03.
