Purchase Ticket does not work when there is only one UTXO in account #3057

Same error as #2875, but the privacy settings have never been enabled..

From this comment, it looks like there must be more than one utxos in account for purchasing tickets to work.

The error message of "insufficient balance" when the account clearly has a sufficient amount of balance is misleading and should be rewritten.
