User Story - Bookmark Organization

As a Damus user of bookmarks, I would like a way to organize bookmarks into distinct categories (for instance PRs, issues, stats etc.), so that I can later more easily find the saved information I am looking for.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Damus bookmarks user has a way to either tag/label/differentiate bookmarks into various distinct groups
2. Damus bookmark user can add/or remove labels from a particular bookmark
3. A bookmark can have more than no labels/tags, one (1) label/tag, or more than one (1) label/tag, and can therefore show up under multiple tags
4. Tags & label categorization are visible to the user only (unknown if a e.g. lists NIP allows for export/import of tags)
