As of November 18, 2016, GitHub stopped supporting languages other than English for its interface.

Thanks so much for reaching out. Unfortunately, @elderguardian's answer here is correct. We no longer support languages other then English for our interface. Of course this may change in the future, and if it does it will be posted in the Localization section of our GitHub Blog.

The only place I found you can change the language is for the Trending tab.

Access https://github.com/settings/profile, scroll down to 'Trending settings' and select Indonesian instead of English. Remember, this language preference is only used 'to filter the trending repository lists on Explore and our Trending Repositories page'.
