First steps towards implementing greater yaml functionality into Codecov. This first iteration will include:

• Quality gate information on the coverage tab
• Yaml valid/invalid messaging on coverage tab

Problem to solve
The discoverability of features that can be leveraged by the codecov.yaml is challenging/low. The user is forced to parse documentation that can be confusing and/or hard to find. Additionally, some features are not apparent and/or framed in a way that may be perceived as value add.

Additionally, there are states of the yaml that are not shown in the UI to make user aware:

• Scenario when yaml is not configured

• Scenario when yaml is invalid

• Scenario when yaml has some configurations (missing discoverability)

Solution
Show the state of yaml at the repo level 1) not configured, 2) invalid, 3) includes configurations (discoverability)
