Can't turn on email 2fa after moving account to PDS #221

I moved my main account to a selfhosted PDS and i was told I had to turn email 2fa on for it to move correctly. now that i've moved it correctly i can't turn email 2fa back on (it gives me the prompt but when i click enable it just refreshes the page and does nothing
