Description of changes:
TypeScriptIntegration provided its own extension points
writeAdditionalFilesandwriteAdditionalExportswhich are now called explicitly from DirectedTypeScriptCodegen. Instead Smithy’s DirectedCodegen provides such extension pointSmithyIntegration.customize()that it will call into.
