Editing a controller and refreshing the browser is slow today, we need to make it faster.

Need to work on:

  1. Native images
  2. Incremental compilation

Gonna mark this as done. We've done the work to make in VS scenarios work via the design time host.

Leave it open, and done, until the VS part is done as well?
