Voting: display AppBadges in more places

Voting description

Instead of 'Voting', it would be ideal to place the actual AppBadge instead.

Technically this is would require us to re-structure how we pass along the vote descriptions (we should pass along the annotated description from the script to build its UI representation in the frontend, rather than just the string description).

App filter

It may also be ideal to show the full AppBadge in the app filter.

aragonOS apps

AppBadges should be displaying the correct aragonOS system app name (see aragon/client#1201).
