Input file with a malformed quads

Hi,

I'm trying to load a N-QUAD file with some malformed URIs (https://www.facebook.com/gleidmagazin\",%20\"\",%20\"https://www.instagram.com/gleid.cz/ for instance)

What do you think of introducing an option for qlever-control to enable loading the rest of the valid data, ignoring malformed ones and adding a log warning?

We are in favor of accepting non-standard IRIs of the form <...>, that is, enclosed in angle brackets.

When the errors are more severe than that, skipping would become a non-trivial problem.
