Describe the bug
According to my conversation with @frankiejol , qemu does not support this and this operation should not be allowed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start a VM with a host device attached to
Hybernate the VM
After dumping the memory, the qemu process will be running at 100% usage indefinitely

Expected behavior
This operation should not be allowed.
