Some recent projects/chapters leaders fields are empty.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change current logic to getting data directly from GitHub leaders.md files similar to index.md content.

Are you going to work on implementing this?

@samyak003 as long as you're comfortable w/ backend tasks and can deliver within 1 week deadline -- it's yours.

upd: no Algolia related stuff is involved.

I don't want a 7 day deadline. Just give me a 2 or 3 day deadline. If I am not able to show any progress then you can assign this issue to someone else.
