Why use expensive FizzBuzz Enterprise Edition, when the open-source version is free?

Hello all. My small business is going broke trying to afford FizzBuzz Enterprise Edition. We can't manage the $22,000 per month subscription cost, but it's too late to migrate all our fizzing to another service. Can anyone tell me the features added to the Enterprise Edition over the open-source one, that make it worth all the money I am shelling out?

The added feature is a lack of being seriously sued for using their serious paid software for free.

I can tell for I am a serious businessman who has serious concerns about running his serious company. #413

Though I must say their lawyer department is doing a seriously good serious job and it makes it really worth to buy the software.
