[OTHER] Nginx reverse proxy no BASE_URL option

BASE_URL option in a config file or a docker environment variable

Additional context
I am running the docker version with the reverse proxy of nginx and https support.
The server itself is running fine on http://mywebsite.com:1000, but when i redirect https://mywebsite.com/tools to http://mywebsite.com:1000 it only shows a white page. The reason for that is a lack of a BASE_URL option in a config file or a docker environment variable.

Seems not possible currently. See #461, #423, and #356 for workarounds.
